Kate leads Well+Good’s content and growth teams. She’s a big believer in combining art (gut editorial feels) and science (robust audience data points) to create killer content. Before joining Well+Good, Kate worked at a variety of global digital publishers and agencies specializing in content and distribution strategy to rapidly scale a number of brands. As a food lover with celiac, she’s no stranger to the food-confusion struggle. Kate studied journalism at the University of Technology, Sydney, and grew up as a water baby by the beach in Sydney’s southern suburbs.

Brigitte Zeitlin MPH, RD, CDN | BZ Nutrition
Brigitte Zeitlin is a registered dietitian-nutritionist and owner of BZ Nutrition, a nutrition counseling practice in New York City where she specializes in digestive health, fertility and women’s nutrition, and weight management. Brigitte received her master’s degree in public health nutrition from Hunter College, and completed her deictic internship at Loyola University Medical Center. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked at Mount Sinai as a clinical dietitian.
Ruvini Wijetilaka, MD | Parsley Health
Dr. Ruvini Wijetilaka (or Dr. Ruvini to her patients), is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Parsley Health. She shares her passion for fitness, sports nutrition, and wellness with her patients at Parsley’s NYC flagship center. Dr. Ruvini believes that conventional medicine can only go so far in terms of evaluating health, which led her to practice functional medicine. As part of Parsley’s mission, she helps patients bridge the gap between medicine and wellness. She received her degree from Boston University before completing her internal medicine training at Drexel University College of Medicine.
