ALPHARETTA, GA – October 2018 – Vitality Bowls Superfood Café, known for its commitment to bring health and wellness through fresh, high-quality superfoods, is now open in Alpharetta City Center at 364 Commerce St.

Locally owned by Paula Sauer, Vitality Bowls specializes in making açaí bowls, a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients such as bee pollen and hemp seed. Other super foods include the pitaya, or dragon fruit, as well as acerola, which is a cherry sized tropical fruit, and graviola, which is often referred to as a blend between a strawberry and a pineapple. Camu-camu, spirulina, aronia, maca and moringa are additional super food options as well. Also on the menu are smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and panini. All items are made fresh-to-order in a kitchen designed to avoid cross contamination of common food allergens.

“My husband Jeff and I are so happy to be part of this wonderful community,” said Sauer. “And we love being able to introduce Vitality Bowls healthy, clean eating to everyone.”

“Vitality Bowls is unlike any other fast casual concept I’ve seen,” said Cheri Morris, president of Morris & Fellows. “Their food both looks and tastes great with the bonus of being incredibly healthy.”
