A few more pro tips to keep in mind from All In: “Focus on stocking your fridge, freezer, and pantry with whole, healthy foods. If there is less junk food, there is less temptation. Prep your fruits and veggies in jars and containers for a nutritious snack on the go! Try to mostly shop the perimeter of the store, where you can find fresh produce, and lean protein. The middle aisles usually contain highly processed foods that you want to avoid. Happy Shopping!”
