A mother-daughter duo lost weight together on Sunday night’s episode of Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian, while another mom got revenge on bullies.
Allison, who shared this week’s episode with her mother, had initially been on the show with her husband Chad during its second season, but had been forced to leave after she just couldn’t shake the weight.
‘I know that this time I have the fight,’ she told Khloé, confessing that her overeating had initially been triggered after she was raped at age 18.
Teaming up: Allison who was on the show during season two returned with her mother Kim on Sunday’s episode of Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian
She and her mother Kim were the ‘chubby’ ones in the family, Allison explained—so she wanted to bring her mom on, too.
‘I want to give her an opportunity to become the woman she’s always wanted to be,’ Allison insisted.
Kim said she had gained at least 80 lbs. over the past 20 years, ‘just being a mom and doing the mom life.’
While Allison wanted to get ‘revenge’ on her last appearance on the show, Kim sought to show her husband that she could get healthier.

Their trainer, Latreal Mitchell, was the same one that Allison worked with before.
As their 12 weeks began, she was waiting for them atop a giant hill along the California coast.
‘C’mon ladies! Your first workout is up here! Let’s go!’ Latreal said.
Hill training: Latreal Mitchell got Allison and Kim started with some hill climbing
They climbed to meet her, panting. They squatted, did push-ups, ran up hills.
Then they went to the gym and jumped on the scale.
Allison was 246 lbs. Kim was 240 lbs. They both wanted to ‘be out of the twos.’
Steep hike: Kim and Allison struggled with the steep slope
‘Being a mom, I didn’t set the greatest example of health,’ Kim admitted. ‘She paid the price for that as a child, because when they’re children, they eat what you make for them.’
Allison was facing her own demons.
‘I don’t want to fail La, I don’t want to fail Khloé, I don’t want to fail my mom,’ she said.
Bad example: Khloe listened as Kim admitted she set a bad example for daughter Allison
Mom of one Ariel also struggled with emotional overeating.
She had recently gained 65 lbs. while pregnant with her daughter, and had been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. But her problems started long before, with trauma-induced binge eating.
‘Being a redhead, you stick out,’ she told Khloé, diving into her past. ‘But then being overweight on top of that, you’re especially kind of pigeonholed. Kids are mean.’
Mean kids: Ariel told show she was bullied for her red hair and being overweight
Bullied from middle school on, she was called ‘Clifford the Big Red Dog’ and ‘Fiona from Shrek’ by a guy she liked, among other horrors, and struggled to feel good about herself.
Khloé understood. ‘I used to always turn to food if I got any depression, or any tragedy happened,’ she agreed. ‘That’s where I went for comfort.’
Ariel wanted to have another baby, but her current weight put her at too high a risk.
Reality star: Khloe wore double denim as she met Ariel for an interview
‘I’m a super-big advocate of setting great examples for our children, and there’s a way to have a healthier version of who we are,’ Khloé said.
‘My daughter looks like me, she acts like me, and she eats like me,’ Ariel worried. ‘I’m desperate to keep my daughter from going through what I went through.’
Her dream was to lose weight, get her teeth fixed and retake her wedding pictures.

‘Hopefully, this will be it,’ she said. ‘The last time I have to feel disappointed in what I see when I look in the mirror.’
As she made cookies for her family, trainer Harley Pasternak dropped by.
A personal trainer for 25 years, he’d worked with Adam Levine, Katy Perry and Ariana Grande.
Celebrity trainer: Harley Pasternak was assigned to help Ariel
‘There is sugar everywhere,’ he said, looking through Ariel’s kitchen cabinets.
He gave her his ‘secret weapon’: a little mint that made everything she ate with sugar after it taste bad.
‘What I’ve done is I’ve shut off the sugar sensors in your mouth,’ he said of the product, called Sweetkick, which keeps users from tasting sugar for an hour after they consume it.

‘I feel like I’ve been kicked in the mouth,’ Ariel agreed.
She weighed 222 lbs., and wanted to lose 40 lbs.
He put her on a five-day reset that saw her eating three smoothies and two crunchy snacks a day, then moving back to regular meals.
She had to walk 12,000 steps a day, he said.

She met Harley in the gym twice a week, and did his ‘Sexy Seven’ workout daily.
After one week, she immediately lost seven lbs, but by the time she lost 13 lbs., she hit a wall, which Harley attributed to hormones. Soon she was losing again.
As Ariel sweated, Kim and Allison met with weight-loss doctor Steven Gundry, who told them that they were naturally insulin-resistant, which let their bodies hold onto fat.

No grains, beans or fruit would be allowed while they lost weight, he said. Grilled vegetables would replace them, and 80 percent of their calories would come from fat, including coconut oil.
They also needed to cut back on protein.
‘Last season, what did I live off of?’ Allison asked. ‘Beans, rice and Jesus Christ. Well, now I only got Jesus Christ, ’cause I can’t have the beans and rice.’
New diet: Allison smiled as the doctor gave her a new diet plan
‘This is not a diet,’ Steven said. ‘This is a lifestyle.’
After six weeks, Allison was down 11 lbs., and Kim had lost 15 lbs.
Clothes that once fit were falling off of them.
The trainer: Latreal after six weeks helped Allison lose 11 lbs and Kim shed 15 lbs
Ariel shed 23 lbs. and was smaller than her husband for the first time in their relationship.
‘I haven’t been under 200 lbs. in I don’t-even-know-when,’ she said, crying.
Her toddler was also eating blueberries—not cake.
‘I feel better than I ever have,’ Ariel revealed on her final training day, having lost 40 lbs.

Khloé arranged for her to have her wedding photos redone.
Her dress size had shrunk from an 18 to 12.
‘Every night before Ariel goes to bed, she sends me an e-mail of how appreciative she is and how much this journey’s changed her,’ said Harley, growing emotional. ‘It’s pretty great.’

Khloé loved her in her new wedding dress, calling her ‘Cinder-f***ing-ella.’
‘Those people who have been bullying me, they don’t matter anymore,’ Ariel said, as she walked up the steps to her husband for their photo session.
At her final training, Allison had lost 23 lbs., and had shed eight percent of her body fat. Kim had lost 27 lbs., and nine percent of her body fat.

Still going: An update said that Ariel lost an additional 5 lbs
‘I really feel like I went from being a young woman to a woman who really believes in herself,’ Allison revealed.
‘I feel so glamorous and comfortable in my skin,’ her mom confided.
‘I’ve always thought you were beautiful,’ her husband said. ‘I’m just proud to be at your side.’
