This colourful dip has got a smoky flavour as the bell peppers are first roasted in an oven and then blended into a grainy dip. Garnish the delight with some sliced black olives along with parsley and you’re good to go.
Pro Tip: To attain a chunkier consistency and texture, add olive oil in the blender and then blitz the mixture.
