They’re one of Sydney’s power couples, who share two adorable sons, Theodore, three, and Jack, two.
And in The Daily Telegraph’s Sunday Fit, Michael and Lisa Wipfli revealed how their parenting skills have ensured their children have a healthy relationship with food.
The pair said they don’t deprive them of treats and that it all comes down to balance.

Our kids have a really healthy relationship with food because we started them eating so well. They know what ‘sometimes foods’ are, and we talk about food a lot,’ Lisa who co-owns health food company Nourishing Bubs said.
The brunette went on to say that ‘it’s about balance’ and while they ‘don’t want to deprive the kids altogether,’ they refrained from giving them sugar until they were two.
With Michael’s early wake-up call at 4am to present Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa radio show, the family sit down to eat dinner together every night at 5.30am.

Lisa, 36, added that the kids aren’t fussy eaters, and will happily eat the likes of chilli con carne or san choy bow.
The starlet married Michael, 39, in 2013, and are now proud parents to Theodore and Jack.
Lisa has spoken openly about struggling with postnatal depression after welcoming Jack in 2016.
In an interview with News.com.au in September 2016, Lisa revealed she felt ‘guilty’ about having to spread her attention across two young sons.

She said it was an adjustment to realise she wasn’t a ‘horrible person’ or a ‘bad mother,’ and in time, she learnt to be kinder to herself.
Lisa said connecting with other mums who may be experiencing similar emotions had done wonders for her mental health.
‘My best friend and I go for walks at least once a week and we laugh about the fact that we’re covered in vomit and have gone a week without washing our hair,’ she told the publication.
