I TOLD YOU A SECOND AGO, ALL I DID ON THIS TABLE WAS MAKE CHILI. SO FIRST AND FOREMOST, KEEP IT SIMPLE. SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES, YOUR FRIENDS, YOUR FAMILY. SO LOOK FOR THINGS THAT MAKE IT EASY. CROCK POT RECIPES, MAKE IT IN ADVANCE, FORGET ABOUT IT. FOR ME, I LOVE DOING SOMETHING THAT IS A BUILD YOUR OWN. SO BUILD YOUR OWN CHILI OR TACO BOWL IS A GREAT IDEA. >> HAVE ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO PUT ON TOP OF IT. >> PULL ALL THE INGREDIENTS OUT. KIDS CAN DO TRAVELING TACO BAGS. JEN: TALK ABOUT THAT. YOU OPENED UP THIS BAG AND YOU STUFFED IT FULL OF THE CHILIES IN THERE, BUT SOME OF THE TOPPINGS. >> YOU CAN WALK AROUND WITH IT AND IT’S A BOWL ALL IN ONE. SUPER EASY. JEN: THAT’S AWESOME. OF COURSE, YOU’VE GOT A VEGGIE TRAY. YOU NEED TO HAVE HEALTHIER OPTIONS. >> YOU DO. THAT’S MY SECOND TIP, MAKE IT HEALTHY-ISH. AND BY HEALTHY-ISH, I MEAN DON’T THROW OUT ALL YOUR FAVORITES, BECAUSE CERTAIN FOODS BELONG TO GAMES. LIKE CHIPS. CHIPS BELONG AT A GAME. BUT USING THESE LATE JULY CHIA AND KEENWA PUMPS UP THE NUTRITION. IT’S GOT FLAXSEED. HEALTHY FATS IN GUACAMOLE. PEOPLE THINK HEALTHY MEANS GETTING RID OF, BUT WE THINK OF IT AS ADDING TO. MAKE THE CHIP BALL SMALLER AND PUT OUT THE FRUIT AND VEGGIE TRAY. PEOPLE PICK GOOD FOODS WHEN THEY HAVE A CHOICE. JEN: YOU HAVE A PODCAST TOO. >> WE HAVE SO MUCH GOING ON.
