GEMMA Collins has insisted she doesn’t know why she’s overweight because she only eats twice a day.
The 38-year-old, who has lost three stone recently, has lifted the lid on her diet – revealing she never eats before 2pm, doesn’t snack and barely touches booze.

Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: “I actually don’t know why I am overweight because I don’t eat a lot.
“My downfall is that I eat late of a night. I can go all day without food. I normally get hungry at two o’clock in the afternoon.
“I am night owl. Basically I will just start eating from two o’clock in the afternoon. I have never been a breakfast girl.”
On a normal day Gemma says she picks lunch up on the go and it could be anything from a sandwich to a vegetarian mac and cheese.

At night time she likes to cook for herself and Arg but limits her portion sizes.
“My portion sizes are a lot smaller now. I think before I used food as a bit of a crutch but my mindset is different now – I am a lot stronger,” she said.
“I make better choices but I don’t overdo it. If I have a bread roll I have one not three.”
Describing a typical meal, she said: “If I make chicken curry, I get the chicken from the supermarket and a sauce in a jar.
Gemma’s typical daily diet
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Only after 2pm. Either cauliflower and kale macaroni cheese, tuna and cucumber wholemeal sandwich, or Turkish chicken and salad.
Dinner: A homemade curry with salad. One spoon of rice.
Dessert: Four slice of watermelon.
Snacks: None.
Booze: Only a drop of good wine occassionally.
Top tips: Have one bread roll, not three. Make homemade curries instead of a takeway.
“I stick two curry sauces in and then basically I leave it all day in the fridge. I like curry and salad. I would rather have salad than a potato. I might have a spoonful of rice and I have more chicken than sauce.”
The Diva Forver star – who admitted she’s obessed with sweet potato fries – continued: “I don’t snack. I am not a big crisp eater. Chocolate – I only really have if I am on my monthly.
“I don’t really drink, if I do I like a nice drop. I do like the odd Malibu and pineapple.”
Despite recently putting on a few extra pounds, Gemma revealed that she loves herself just as she is, telling us:“I am not obsessed with being thin.
“I really do love myself as I am. I don’t have body issues or hang ups.
“People would pay thousands to have a butt like mine. I have got the perfect butt. It’s the best in the world. It is up and it’s big.”
